How it works

Simple from booking to done

Whichever service you need, you work with one team that coordinates every step.

One team, three ways to get it done

Choose online notarization, a certified paper copy of an electronic record, or an in-person visit. Each follows a clear, simple path.

In-person mobile notary

Remote online notarization

01

Book a time

Choose a day and time that works for you. Appointments are available 7 days a week.

02

We match a notary

We coordinate your appointment with a commissioned remote online notary.

03

Meet by video

Verify your identity and sign with the notary during a secure video session.

04

Get your document

Receive your notarized document electronically once the session is complete.

Certified copies of electronic records

01

Book your appointment

Tell us about the recorded document and the electronic record it came from, such as a document notarized through remote online notarization.

02

We coordinate your custodian

A disinterested custodian with access to the electronic record is lined up. They must not be a grantee, beneficiary or other person who directly benefits from the document.

03

Print and certify before a notary

The custodian prints the record, or has it printed under their supervision, and signs a certification under penalty of perjury before a notary, who completes a jurat.

04

Receive your certified paper copy

You receive the printed copy with the signed and notarized certification attached, ready to submit to the county recorder.

In-person mobile notary

01

Request a visit

Tell us where and when you would like to meet.

02

We match a notary

We confirm an experienced mobile notary near you.

03

Sign in person

Show valid ID and sign in front of the notary.

04

All set

Your notarized document is complete.
